1. Carding machine BEFAMA CR-641 2000mm

The machine is like a brand new one - unparalleled conditon. Main tambour's diameter: 1270mm. Metal brushings in good condition. All of wearing parts exchanged into brand new ones: conveyors, inverters, side handles, all bearings and their housings, motors, reducers, control panel, rope belts, chains, gears sealed ( absolutely no oil leaks ), new nice entire painting and much more. Very long card's feeder.

Perfect condition - just switch on and work. Adjustable: working rollers, receiver, main tambour's speed, input rollers. Extraordinarily silent work.

2. VERTICAL CROSS LAPPER

The machine after complete renovation, driven by inverter. New leading slides and driving belts, chains, bearings' spreaders. Any possible clearances eliminated.

3. NEEDLE LOOM ( needle punching machine ) Antonio Guasch Grano S.A. 2600mm

Producer: Antonio Guasch Grano S.A. - Spain. Very good condition / perfect trouble-free technical technical solutions.

Working width: 2600 mm, needling: 3000 needles/m, working speed: up to 550 rpm - controlled by inverter, input belt conveyor, needle plates leaded by sleeves ( very practical solution ), very simple ( means: trouble-free ) eccentric motion transmission , spare needle plate. The machine has been renewed recently: new bearings, new sleeves. Just switch on and work. Machines of the type are highly praised by our customers.
