The machines are designed to permament thermal welding ( conjoining ) PE (PU) foams with desired kinds of fabrics, knitwears and nonwovens - with no glue used.

These high efficient machines are used for production foam based textile laminates - having application mainly in car seats industry ( also car pillows, mats, accessories ). The laminates are also important stuff for upholstery, shoes production and many branches of clothes production.

We can offer one side laminating machines ( one burner ) and two sides bonding machines ( two burners ):

The basic technical data:

Working width - 2,0 m

Suggested thickness of foam - 1,5 up to 20 mm
Main rollers - diameter 12,5", one of them is cooled with water
Usage of cooling water - approx. 1000 l/h. For costs reduction the water can work in closed circuit ( regeneration ) / option

Burners not cooled. Their special construction protect them from any deformation during constant work
Adjustable composition of air-gas mixture ( for best flame and lamination parameters )

One side flame bonding machine is a simplified version of offered laminating machines. Double side lamination machine has additional burner, rollers, electrical motor and some more of pneumatic elements.

The order

standard manufacturing time is up to 30 days from the day of order ( prepayment ) - for one side machine, and up to 45 days for both sides laminating machine. However from time to time we have some ready machines on the stoke.
container transport from India - up to one month from departure.
