The machine is designed for both sides flattening / polishing of nonwovens' surface. It is suitable both for To be applied after the oven or without the oven.

SOME ACTUAL MACHINE'S PICTURES (actual condition):

REDUCED PRICE: The machine was designed specially for our French client's order, who prepaid 40% and finally "disappeared". The calender is near ready now, however there was no conrtact with the client for last several months. Finally he informed us recently that he is no longer in nonwovens' business and resigns. In that way the machine is still prepaid and its final price is highly reduced. In addition its final technical parameters (listed below) can be partially adjusted to new buyer's particular needs.

Due to applying our unique proven technology (rollers heating by IR from outside / only 30% filling of thermal oil inside the roller for temperature's unification at work) the machine is highly economic and energy-efficient (short time of warming up, lowered power consumption, very low irregularity of temperature distribution on rollers' surface).

Heating the rollers from outside brings the temperature directly to rollers' surface, that is to the place where it is needed indeed. All 3 rollers will be covered with durable Teflon oilskin.
