High performance, double doffer card of working width 2500 mm. Metal clothing ( brush ) in very good condition. The original card's year of construction: 1989.

Very good and efficient opener-feeder Haigh-Chadwick / UK, 2500 mm. The original YOC: 1985.

The set ( carding machine ) wil be available for sale since end of June 2015. Currently the detailed overhaul / refurbishment of the machine is performed. Some pictures find please below.

MECHANICAL DETAILS:

Perfect condition - like brand new - after major overhaul / detailed renovation (since end of June 2015).

All of wearing parts exchanged into brand new ones: conveyors, inverters, side handles, all bearings and their housings, motors, reducers, control panel, rope belts, chains, gears sealed ( absolutely no oil leaks ), new nice entire painting and much more. Efficient card's feeder. Precise (double door) raw material/yarn dosing to keep the requested product's density.

Like brand new one - just switch on and work. Extraordinarily silent work.

MACHINE'S HISTORY:

The card worked and was purchased in Germany in March 2015 in quite good condition - shown on the below pictures:

Previously owned by a company from Czech Republic.

CURRENTLY (and till the end of June 2015) THE CARD IS IN THE STAGE OF MAJOR OVERHAUL / RENOVATION.
