Offered is set of two machines of different purpose:

1. Pre-cutter:

The machine is designed to pre-cut thicker foam elements into strips that are better suited for chips processing on next machine. It is difficult to estimate maximum yield, but with appropriately organized feeding 500 kg / h  should be quite real. The work / principle of operation of the machine very well illustrates the above short movie. Properly fragmented fraction of PU waste can be processed directly on the chips cutting machine (without the pre-cutter).

2. Chips cutter

The machine for PU chips cutting. Very good,  compact and durable construction. Efficiency:  200-250 kg/h.  Take a look for  short movie enclosed above, showing well the machine's work.

Price for both machines' set:  € 12.000 only, EXW Poland.

Due to compact construction both machines for storage and transportation remain in complete state, ready for immediate operation.
