High class advanced airlay webforming plant for fluffy nonwoven composed with idealy chosen best class German and Austrian machines like FEHRER, MOHR, also Hergeth Hollingsworth GmbH, Schirp... Good technical condition. Possibility of supervision at any time. The year of construction: 1991 ( concernes the lot of machines ).
The offer concernes the complete set of machines along with yarn pneumatic transport system, filters, driving and electrical units.
Three openers dose yarn to be processed - in demanded proportions. Lately these were: pure polyester yarn, thermobonding yarn and waste yarn from post-production nonwoven wastes ( opener with tearing unit ).
The line produces high quality fluffy nonwoven by pouring ( airlay ) methode - which eliminates need of cross lapper usage. The methode consists in blowing out the fibre inside the V21 web forming device to form the regular and uniform layer ready to be delivered to the special kind of Fehrer's aerodynamic card K12. After carding the perfect layer of nonwoven is delivered to 3-level heating chamber.
The plant is equipped with 2 high class automatical spraying chambers - which can be used for glue ( e.g. latex ) spraying ( in case of using no thermobonding fibre supplements ). Actually the line produces nonwoven with 20% fraction of thermobonding fibre. Due to this particular process temporarily none of spraying chambers is used .
The set of 16 separately driven round knives allow to slice the produced nonwoven into freely adjusted widths. The slicing section has also installed the efficient cross cutter able to cut the product into sheets ( or strips ) of desired length.
Big plant's working width allow to produce nonwovens of width up to 360cm, 2 x 160cm, 3 x 120 cm or thinner strips.
Recommended fibre: 4 - 15 dtex of approximate length - 60mm.
The line produces nonwoven which can be used for many purposes, as: quilts and pillows fillings, garment, furniture covering, heat insulations, filtering and others

Last months the line had been reconditioned. In particular:
all the card's bruisings had been exchanged to new ones. The exchange had been done by German's company; doccumentation;
there had been exchanged all door gaskets and vertical insulation in heating chamber - to reduce heat emission;
the line has new tranfer nets
