2 DRUMS TEARING LINE / YOC 2003 / VERY GOOD CONDITION
Some history: the line was purchased as brand new by scientific institute for their own particular purpose (tests / trials). In fact was used really occasionally. Next sold to mattress factory, where during several years worked a few months only as well (the lack of actual use). Original painting, original - not worn - machine's working parts confirm really low machine's mileage (refer please the below pictures showing the line's elements).
Generally the offered machine is 12 years old, however in extraordinarily good condition. Used maybe 1 year together only.

2 drums: first one - hard wire (clothing), the second drum - toothed staves
brand new (exchanged) wiring of first drum
teeth of second drum - mostly in very good condition. Maybe 5% need to be straightened or exchanged. Anyway the actual condition allow immediate work. We can add some teeth separately to be exchanged in the future
working width: 70-80 cm (input / output)
both drums' bearings exchanged into new ones (just in case)
under the line there is installed the reverse belt conveyor turning undefibered elements back to the feeding conveyor
disk brakes on both drums
first drum motor: 37 kW
second drum motor: 30 kW
mechanically overhauled
the line is assembled, connected, on our store / Central Poland.
